Path of Exile players everywhere are delving into the first-ever infinite dungeon of the game. After all, who can resist the allure of getting stronger while collecting all kinds of loot? But First, a Short Description of the Expansion
The Delve expansion lets players explore the Azurite Mine. It once held countless civilizations and peoples now lost to history. A malevolent darkness has taken over it since, one that ordinary light is unable to pierce. Because nobody can survive going into the darkness, the cave network was left untouched for years. That is until Niko the Mad discovered how to make a light that drives back the darkness. He attached it onto a device called the Crawler, which will move along the tunnel.
Armed with the light, explorers can now delve into the darkness of the dungeon. Of course, if they stray too far from the light, they get hurt and die in the process. Those who want to explore outside of the Crawler's ring of light can only do so with flares. They light up an area for a short length of time, so it’s crucial to go back to the light before you run out. There's also the option to use a dynamite to open previously inaccessible areas.
Other Things You Can Expect
As mentioned, the trading community will be hyped up. Some want to cash in their loot while others might want stuff from the mines. Also, every expansion comes with new items, new skills, and updates to old ones. There were some quality of life updates as well, such as instant casting and item beams. So you can be sure there will be many players taking advantage of those.
