Euro up-to-date and won the fourth place on the office rental market in Berlin in the first quarter of 2009 with the Best-Sabel-Bildungszentrum GmbH project, are just two of the many factors that secured Bato Group’s leader position on the Germany’s Capital real estate market.
Captured the moment of the great Berlin Real Estate hype 3 years ago, Andrea Barbato, the founder and managing director of Bato Group says: ‘Even though we are situated in Germany we are working exclusively with international clients. We prepare an individual tailor-made solution and strategy for each of our clients. We arrange all the paper and bureaucracy work and maintain their property rented and in good condition.
