Press release from: CONRIC PR & Marketing

Oasis Senior Advisors has quickly blossomed into a nationwide enterprise, and a key economic development engine for Florida-based businesses is taking notice. GrowFL, a nonprofit management consulting organization created by the state Legislature as an economic development tool, has named Oasis a finalist for its 2018 Florida Companies to Watch list.

“Our continued growth is a testament to the comprehensive model we’ve created to serve seniors and their housing and care providers every step of the way,” Oasis Senior Advisors CEO Tim Evankovich said. “The franchisees we’re bringing on all across the country are dedicated and passionate about our mission, and so is everyone here at our headquarters in Bonita Springs.”

The Florida Companies to Watch program, now in its eighth year, focuses on “second-stage” companies, defined by the nonprofit Edward Lowe Foundation as businesses that are past the startup phase but haven’t yet reached maturity. Each year, the Companies to Watch encompass 50 second-stage enterprises that have developed valuable products and services, created quality jobs, enriched communities, and broadened new industries throughout Florida.

Oasis Senior Advisors, among the first round of finalists for this year’s Companies to Watch list, was founded in 2014 and operates 75 franchises in 28 states throughout the U.S. The company works to connect seniors with the right housing and services while transitioning them between each phase of life and level of care.

The Companies to Watch finalists are a group of scalable, high-growth enterprises chosen from a pool of 134 second-stage businesses. GrowFL evaluates them for past growth and projected success as well as their strengths and impact on their markets, communities and the state of Florida.

“We applaud these first round finalists who have shown how they stand out in their regions as innovative business leaders, going to the next level to grow their companies,” GrowFL Executive Director Dr. Tom O’Neal said. “They are true rock stars.”

The finalists collectively represented $518 million in annual revenue and employed 2,743 full-time equivalent employees in 2017. Florida Companies to Watch recognizes the different approach needed to successfully grow and scale a business and celebrates those working to achieve this goal.

Winners will be announced in mid-September. The honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony Feb. 9 at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa.
