Neighborhood Storage Expands by Over 100,000 Square Feet in the Ocala, Florida Market

cala, FL, August 2, 2018- Neighborhood Storage is is proud to announce the expansion of three locations, a brand new facility, and the acquisition of its 25th location, all in the Ocala/Marion County Florida area.
The three expansions include 7256 SW 62nd Ave off of State Road 200, which encompasses 15,400 newly expanded square feet, 7400 SE Maricamp Rd, adding 12,000 square feet, and at 9275 SE Hwy 441, increasing the size by 10,750 square feet.
The newly acquired 25th location, formerly known as Evans U-Store-It is located at 12279 SE US Hwy 441, and encompasses 51,000 square feet with retail office/warehouse space through Neighborhood Workspace, storage units, and outside parking in a variety of sizes. The store will be rebranded as Neighborhood Storage. “We are excited to add this facility to Neighborhood Storage in the southeast Marion County market,” said Todd Rudnianyn, President, “The site is well-located and convenient to residents and businesses, in and around, the Belleview, Summerfield, and The Villages areas.”
The company anticipates completion of its newest facility and entrance into the Northwest Marion County market in September. The facility is located at 2362 NW 45th Terrace, and adds approximately 43,000 square feet to the company's growing portfolio. This includes retail office space, asphalt parking, and both temperature-controlled and non temperature-controlled units for tenants to utilize. Amenities will include drive-up units, coded keypad access, and video recording. In addition, new customers have free use of the Neighborhood Storage truck to move their items into storage.
