Grandcityhotels & Resorts Expands Hotels Portfolio With Novotel Düsseldorf- Neuss

Berlin, GER- 13 September 2006 – Grandcityhotels & Resorts has expanded its hotels portfolio with the recent acquisition of the Novotel Düsseldorf- Neuss in Germany and will assume management of the four-star, Novotel, effective October 1st , 2006. The hotel will maintain its name as Novotel Düsseldorf- Neuss until the beginning of 2007 after which a re-branding will be considered.

The hotel will be the 25th GCH&R property Europe wide and the third property in the area.
