Co Founder - Cathy Murphy, found a niche in the market for new designers to showcase and sell their textile patterns and prints.
Uniquely, also encourages third year university fashion and design students to gain experience and confidence of showing their work on the marketplace.

Our Company is all about fostering, engaging, and helping develop and grow new designers. The Surface Pattern Marketplace hub is where new designers have freedom to express their creativity and design skills, and produce Avant Garde designs. We also have more experienced artists and designers on our marketplace, exhibiting their designs, whilst sharing and engaging their industry experience with the new design talent.

Our designers - sourced from all over the world are trend setters of the future. You can find home ware textile patterns, fashion designs in repeat for women's wear, men's wear and children's wear, to lifestyle, fitness and active ware. They design with the consumer perspective in mind, and are nimble and fast to react and are happy to make customisations to designs.

Designs are available to purchase through Surface Pattern Marketplace by license:

Standard Royalty free designs are £39.00 For personal use, such as media and graphics for own use - website headers, book covers, I phone covers, and such like.

Extended License Designs start from £99.00 – For commercial use on product up to and including 500 units.

Premium License Designs start from £250 – For Exclusive use – For Companies / Brands to use exclusively on their products. (These designs are for sole purchase and are removed from our marketplace immediately after sale).

Designs can be used for a multitude of products, such as Furniture, Wall Coverings, Curtains, Rugs, Crockery, Paper Goods: Gift Wrap, Cards, note books, Bags, Shoes and Clothing: Women's Wear, Men's Wear, Children's Wear, High End Fashion Wear and Active Wear.

Surface Pattern Marketplace
Is free for Designers and Artists to join, however they must send in 5 or their most recent designs and a short bio for us to review before they are invited to join.
