Enigma Telematics launches “Generator Insight for Deep Sea” telematics solution for power generator monitoring

The new solution enables customers to increase generator efficiency and productivity

LONDON – 17th July 2018 - Enigma Telematics, a leading telematics specialist and fleet management services provider, has announced the release of ‘Generator Insight for Deep Sea’, a new telematics solution that provides accurate data on the current performance of power generators with a Deep Sea panel installed.

This new solution for Enigma Telematics’ fleet management platform, Skyline, provides detailed insight into the operational status of power generators, enabling companies that operate and own generators to monitor key condition points to increase reliability and prevent outages. The solution also enables companies to improve their customer service by proactively scheduling their servicing and fuel management, and machine maintenance, ensuring that customers are never left without power.

The significant monitoring capabilities that the solution provides come as an addition to the existing location tracking and security features which Enigma’s customers have come to expect.

The Deep Sea Control panel is a range of single-set and multi-set generator control solutions, mains (utility) protection relays, lighting tower control solutions, digital automatic voltage regulators (AVRs), remote communications devices and expansion modules.

Enigma’s new solution means that generator hirers and owners are able to understand exactly how their assets are performing, enabling them to proactively combat any issues before they become faults. Therefore, reducing breakdowns, engineering call-outs, and optimising business expenditure.
