dataTaker dEX Issue with New Version of Adobe Flash
dataTaker has made us here at CAS aware that they have identified latency issues with the latest version of Adobe flash which causes the dEX browser application and desktop application to become unusable.
Users have reported issues when using the following versions:
• Flash player for web browser Version 30.0.0.113
• Flash Player for desktop WIN 30.0.0.110
The software research and development team at dataTaker is focused on providing a solution for this issue, however in the meantime they are advising dEX users not to upgrade to the newest version of Flash Player.
Older versions of the Adobe flash application can be found in the archive section of Adobe’s website here.
As soon as a solution is found for this issue we will be sure to reach out to all of our dataTaker customers right away.
