Vikram S. Dogra, MD, is professor of radiology, urology and biomedical engineering, and director of ultrasound in the department of imaging sciences at the University of Rochester School of Medicine located in Rochester, New York.

Wael E.A. Saad, MBBCh, is an associate professor in the division of vascular interventional radiology with the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.
