/ PR Agency: Home Credit India
Gurugram/New Delhi, June 26, 2018: Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest growing non-banking finance company, has announced an exciting offer of 0% interest loans on home appliances.

Under this offer, customers will be able to finance purchase of various home appliances with loans at attractive and flexible equated monthly installment options. Home Credit has partnered with brands like Sony, Intex and Intec to offer 0% EMI loans on LED TVs, air conditioners, washing machines, camera lenses, home theatre systems, and photo/video cameras of these brands. With a nominal processing fee and repayment period options of 6/8/10/12 and 15 months respectively, customers can apply for these home appliances loans ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 100,000. With a strong focus on financial inclusion, Home Credit provides loans to customers who either have credit history or decide to build it through their first loan from the company.

For home appliances of all other brands, Home Credit is offering loans at 1% rate of interest per month. Beside above mentioned products, under this offer customers can also finance purchase of refrigerators, coolers, clothes drying machines, dishwashers, LCD/flat/plasma TVs, inverters, kitchen chimneys, microwave ovens, and air fryers, freezers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and water purifiers/RO systems. The loan offers are running in nearly 6,000 point-of-sales (PoS) across India.

To locate a PoS in any city, customers can visit Home Credit India website (https://www.homecredit.co.in/locate-us) or can call on toll-free number 18001216660.

Speaking on home appliances loans, Mr. Artem Popov, Chief Sales Officer, Home Credit India said, “Our financing products are aimed at enabling customers to enjoy a better lifestyle by making home appliances affordable. With easy repayment options and minimum documentation, applying for our home appliances loans is seamless, simple and hassle-free. Customers can now buy their latest and favourite brand of ACs, refrigerators and other home appliances from the nearest Home Credit store.”

The demand for products such as ACs, coolers, and refrigerators increases significantly during April – June, which is traditionally the peak summer season. With the much-awaited FIFA World Cup 2018 kicking off, sales of home appliances, especially television sets, refrigerators, and ACs is also expected to rise substantially.

With household penetration of refrigerators still low in India, especially in rural areas, the opportunity for home appliance makers is huge. Driven by rising disposable incomes, growing consumer base, easy availability of credit, and government’s focus on electrification in rural areas, the demand for refrigerators is expected to increase steadily.

Since its launch in India in 2012, Home Credit India has been consistently expanding operations. The company had nearly 2 million customers in 2016, driven by pan-India expansion across major markets, a range of diversified and innovative products backed by superior customer experience. In 2017 alone Home Credit added another 3.5 million customers, further consolidating its position as a leading consumer finance provider.
