The first time you know you’ve got electrolyte in the bottom of your forklift battery tray is when the hole appears in the side, or worse still, you get acid leaking out onto the floor. Detecting spillage in the battery tray has never been easier. The SmartBlinky Tray Monitor senses electrolyte spills and alerts you before there is any damage to the battery tray.
Monitoring is made easy:
With its bright red and blue LEDs, it’s very simple to use. A heart beat white LED flash means it’s on, a red and blue flash means there is electrolyte in the tray. You can tell quickly and clearly whether you need to take any action.
Connect two wires to power between 6.0v and 12.0v and place the probe between the cells. Done. It really is that simple to fit and even reverse connection will not damage the SmartBlinky Tray Monitor.
