direct/ Hugin Group signs a reseller and distribution agreement with ActusNews WIRE for the French market
Oslo, September, 1 2006:Hugin confirms its Southern Europe expansion plans and signed a distribution agreement with ActusNews WIRE to offer high quality financial press release distribution into France. In response to European and American listed companies´ concerns about visibility and compliance with the future European Transparency Directive, Hugin is broadening its network. Hugin´s clients in Belgium and Switzerland will immediately benefit from the partnership.
This agreement will give all ActusNews WIRE clients full access to Hugin´s innovative distribution application and Hugin´s extensive world wide distribution network. ActusNews WIRE plans to promote Hugin´s world wide distribution services to French listed companies.
The partnership will further strengthen Hugin´s position as the leading provider of distribution services for corporate communication professionals in Europe.
