ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA (November 16, 2009) The Washington Network, Inc., a provider of computer networks and telephone systems for Washington, DC Metro-area businesses and associations, today announced the appointment of Ian Monteith and John Hollar as Network Engineers. They will work with telephony and computer networking clients.

Monteith, formerly a senior technician with Lockheed Martin, has deep experience in Microsoft applications and solutions, including MS Windows Vista, MS Windows XP, MS Server, MS Exchange, MS Office Suite and Sharepoint Server.

Hollar, formerly a systems engineer with BrigTech Consulting of Reston, Virginia, and founder Nothing Is Impossible Studio, a multi-player online game publisher, works with Linux, including Red Hat, Novell and Debian systems.

Rick Endres, president of The Washington Network, Inc., welcomes Monteith and Hollar to the 22-year-old firm. “We’re always looking for people with proven technical and problem-solving skills.
