Mark Spain Real Estate Debuts at No. 22 on Atlanta Ga.'s Top 25 Real Estate Companies List

Ranked by 2017 verified gross sales volume, the Atlanta Top 25 Real Estate Companies is compiled annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and was published in a Home Quarterly focus issue featuring area residential real estate top producers.

Mark Spain Real Estate, an independently owned and operated, Georgia based residential real estate firm, was featured at No. 22, with more than $440 million gross sales.

“The fact that we’re on a list with real estate firms having far more agents says a lot about the hard work, efficiency and dedication of our agent team. Ten of the 25 companies have between a thousand and 2,500 agents! Just three firms on the list have fewer than the 100 agents we had during 2017,” explains Chairman and CEO Mark Spain. “Our goal is not to be the biggest Atlanta real estate company, just the one offering the best service to our clients while selling their home quickly and for the best price possible.”

That agent team number has since bumped up to more than 125 agents and 35 staff members to effectively run a comprehensive marketing strategy, a quick response system with all client communications, and its recent expansion outside Georgia.

Mark Spain Real Estate is based in Alpharetta, just minutes off Georgia 400, at 12600 Deerfield Parkway, #450, but also has three other locations strategically spaced out around the Atlanta perimeter in Marietta, Stockbridge and Buford to serve the entire 20-county metro Atlanta region as well as an office in Athens. In 2018, the firm began its Southeast expansion, opening offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, with another location in Nashville expected to open in a few months.

The Top 25 Atlanta Real Estate Company honor came at nearly the same time Mark Spain Real Estate was honored with two Agents’ Choice Awards by Atlanta Agent Magazine. The awards are primarily voted on by industry peers who read the residential real estate trade magazine and Mark Spain Real Estate was selected as Best Team in metro Atlanta real estate and Mark Spain was personally selected for the Charitable Service Award.
