New Zealand beauty and wellbeing brand Linden Leaves was awarded ?Best New Zealand Beauty Brand? at the glamourous annual Best in

New Zealand owned beauty and wellbeing brand Linden Leaves was awarded “Best New Zealand Beauty Brand” to a packed audience of media and beauty industry leaders at the glamourous annual Bauer Best in Beauty Awards, held Wednesday 16th May 2018 at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand.

Linden Leaves was founded in 1995 and is one of New Zealand’s most established brands, however the award came as a total surprise. “We were stunned but very proud to receive this amazing acknowledgement” says Brand Manager Vanessa Dunn who received the award in person on behalf of Linden Leaves.

The ‘Best New Zealand Brand’ Award was a surprise on the night – entirely unanticipated by all brands in attendance, as this was a new category created this year. The award recognizes not simply an individual ‘best in class’ beauty product, but the best New Zealand brand, across all beauty categories.

Linden Leaves was also nominated in several product categories, but Company Founder Brigit Blair feels this ‘Best New Zealand Brand’ Award is much more of an honour than anyone expected to receive. “We are so grateful and thrilled to have been recognized in this way” says Blair, “it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team over the past 23 years, as well as the incredible support from our amazing customers”.

The Bauer Media Best in Beauty Awards 2018 are a highly anticipated annual awards ceremony. The event recognizes the leading names and products in the Beauty Industry, as well as presenting special Industry Awards to recognize excellence in Brand, PR, Marketing and Innovation.

The awards were presented by the Beauty Editors of Woman's Day, New Zealand Woman's Weekly, Australian Women's Weekly and Good Health Choices along with Beauty Directory's Lisa Anderson, and the event was hosted by the affable Dominic Bowden.
