New Delhi ~ 4th May 2018Former Supermodel and Miss Universe Romania Mrs Anca Verma wife of noted Industrialist and Philanthropist Mr.Abhishek Verma, was felicitated as the Guest of Honour at MRS INDIA WORLD 2018 beauty pageant in New Delhi, India on the 4th of May 2018, at Delhi's Ashoka Hotel.
Mrs. Verma was accompanied at this event by her husband Mr.Abhishek Verma, and the former Health Minister of Maldives Dr.Mariyam Shakeela and a group of Maldivian journalists who were in India on a study-tour.
The Chief Guest of the event Mr.Amar Singh, Member of Parliament inaugurated the prestigious ceremony which saw several beautiful ladies sashaying down the catwalk in designer clothes. Each contestant gave a short speech about herself and how her crowning as Mrs.India would benefit not just herself but also the society and her plans in regards Women's Empowerment.
The event was followed by a champagne dinner and was attended by who's who of Delhi high society.
