Aashka Goradia and Brent Goble’s romantic getaway at Novotel Imagica Khopoli

Aashka and Brent began their visit with lunch at “The Square” a restaurant where the menu is crafted by the selection of the finest ingredients designed perfectly to complement each palate. Sous Chef Lokesh Jarodia’s kitchen served up some tantalizing dishes for the couple, and they even did a class together with him where Aashka cooked up some delectable desserts for Brent, with the most delicious ingredient of an Indian summer, mango!

Not to be left behind, Brent, who has been recently received his yoga teacher certification, showed his prowess as a mixologist, blending some very healthy smoothies for Aashka, at Nitro the hotel bar, guided by the hotel’s Bar Manager Abhay, and was rewarded for his effort with many kisses from the beautiful actress!

The hotel’s many activities are designed for children and for those young at heart. The couple spent time together, playing many of the games in the lobby like ice hockey, table tennis and pool, as well as riding the Segway in the hotel’s lobby. A highlight for both actors was the delightfully colorful Irolic Parade that marches through the hotel at breakfast, replete with characters who bring to life the excitement of Imagica with their vivid costumes, dance and acrobatics. The actors got right into the action, dancing along with the characters and making the parade even more bright and exciting for the guests at the hotel!

A visit to the hotel’s newly opened O2 Spa was relaxing and therapeutic after a hectic day of activity, getting them ready for their specially laid out, romantic, private candle-lit dinner, in a poolside cabana, with summer vines and bougainvillea flowers creating a dreamy ambience, to set the stage for a mouthwatering dinner.

Says Aashka, “I was delighted that Brent brought me for the weekend to Novotel Imagica. It’s a place with a lot of fun activities – from the spa to the the lobby games and the many fun characters in costume – we’ve really enjoyed our time in the hotel and hope to be back soon.”

The couple is well known for their acro-yoga, and actively posts this on their social media accounts. Their time at the hotel also included some time for this practice.

Adds Brent, “I think the key to staying together as a couple is doing things together. Aashka and I love doing yoga together and it allows us to bond at a whole new level. Novotel Imagica is a perfect weekend for families and couples like us, and we’ve had a wonderful holiday. The pool was one of my favorite places- I enjoyed our yoga sessions there and the romantic, private dinner curated for us there by the hotel. The food on the trip has been outstanding.”
