Imperiali Inc. Names New Chief Executive Officer

West Palm Beach, FL – July 27, 2006 - Today Imperiali Inc. named Patrick F. Walsh, its new Chief Executive Officer. Current Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Imperato will be stepping down from his day-to-day responsibilities with the company, however will remain on the Board of Directors as Chairman.

Walsh is an experienced executive leader of high integrity. He brings over 15 years experience as an international transportation and logistics executive, serving from small startup businesses to running a major division at one of the world’s premier shipping and logistics companies, DHL Danzas, a division of Duetsche Post World Net Group.

At DHL, Walsh led and managed an organization of 500 people, with 7 direct reports and a budget of up to US $100 million. He was responsible for all aspects of leading and managing the business, including sales, operations, budgeting, variance analysis, strategic planning, and HR. Additionally, he was also personally responsible for Fortune100/500 customer relationship management for the Latin American region, where he built a successful international sales organization.

Walsh will be implementing all of the necessary logistics for Imperiali in place that are in line with the company’s vision and plans that are associated with successful global companies.

In addition, Imperato’s new role as Chairman and Senior Advisor will allow him to focus more on business development and global expansion as opposed to running the day-to-day operations of the company.

Now with Walsh in place, Imperiali Inc. has the necessary executive leadership and management in order to proceed forward with their planned Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and entranceway into the public markets.

Mr. Walsh received his B.S. in Accounting/Business Administration from George Mason University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, has his Series 7 & 66 securities licenses, and has international experience in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Germany, and South Africa.
