YO! telecom changed name to YO! communications

In respect to the merge of different companies under the name YO! telecom, the Board of Directors decided at the 8th of September 2005 to change the name of the company from YO! telecom to YO! communications.
That means, that the Hong Kong based Holding will be named now: YO! communications (HK) Limited and the european subsidiary: YO! communications (Europe) Limited.
The three major divisions of YO! communications will work as:
- YO! telecom
- YO! online and
- YO! mobile
