TimesJobs.com and GHMC Mega Job Mela at Hyderabad witnesses an unbelievable walk-in of over 75,000 jobseekers

(openPR) - The TimesJobs.com Mega Job Mela, organised in association with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), witnessed an over-whelming response from jobseekers and companies from across the country. The three-day fair held from 18 – 20 Feb ‘09, witnessed over 75,000 candidates walk in to seek better paying jobs with over 101 companies participating at the fair.|
The event was inaugurated by The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Y. S Rajasekhar Reddy at NTR Stadium, Hyderabad on 18th February 2009.
This was the first time that TimesJobs.com had associated itself for a job fair with a government organisation - GHMC, and the response of the candidates has proved the decision was a right step towards taking TimesJobs.com’s Job Fairs to the next level. The GHMC and TimesJobs.com Mega Job Mela proved to be one of the most successful job fairs organised, since its renowned Jumbo Job Fair, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
