Connexys Human Capital Solutions has selected Actonomy xMP as its search and match technology supplier to be integrated in the total suite of human capital solutions. Connexys offers recruitment-, campus recruitment, and management development solutions for corporate organisations, recruitment agencies and the government. The urgent inquiry from its market to search and match data in all possible forms has driven Connexys to select specialised technology to replace the traditional database query techniques. Actonomy xMP will perform the searching & matching of criteria, as well as matching complete candidate profiles with vacancies at once.
