Sue LaPointe has worked as a freelance writer and editor since late 2001, but launched Triumph after working for six months with a business coach through Loral Langemeier’s Live Out Loud program. “My coach, Robin Powers, taught me how to find writing jobs that paid well, how to promote my business, and how to grow it bigger than just myself,” LaPointe added. By documenting the writing business building process in her recent book, “Working Writer Happy Writer: How to Build a Thriving Writing Business from NOTHING,” LaPointe has also helped dozens of other writers launch writing businesses of their own.
