Frequently these nozzles get replaced when dirt effects performance and the nozzles don’t produce a perfect laminar stream. Thanks to the modern quality and longevity of the new jet nozzles, this uneconomic and potentially expensive habit procedure becomes obsolete. Modern jet nozzles with ruby inserts perform with the same quality and longevity as new products after they were professionally cleaned and re-worked.
Reinhold Gould, in cooperation with LS-Systems developed a dependable process to professionally clean and service used jet nozzles and restore their function like new.

To eliminate any risk fort the customer in regards to maintenance cost, each nozzle will be credited with the full value (according to the maintenance contract and depreciation) in case of performance failure. “The cost of re-working the trim nozzles with ruby inserts is for less than half of the cost of a new replacement and spray nozzles with a cleaned high quality nozzle with ruby insert are more economical than new regular stainless steel nozzles.“ explains Kersten Doms.
