Tenerife (Better known as the island of eternal spring) in the Canary Islands is still an overseas property favorite for the British buyer in their quest for that dream property abroad.
With a solid infrastructure and sunshine all year round as well as direct flights from the U.K. at least twice a week . It’s not difficult to see why. The only down side if there ever was one is the 4 hour flight from the U.K. This doesn't seem to deter people from searching for their ideal property abroad in Tenerife. Could it be that the time of year really does effect where people decide to buy their property abroad?
