Oliver began his industry career in 1992 as a rotogravure and flexo printer at two mayor printing and packaging converters in Germany. In 1997 he was offered the opportunity to be part of a green field project in Shanghai, China. This involved setting up and establishing the gravure printing section of a global company. In the following years the desire to become a salesman was born and Oliver managed different sales projects in many parts of the world particular in Asia. After almost 20 years of experience he created his own consultancy company in 2011.
