IRVING, TX. – Keegan Bradley, a graduate of St. Johns University and a founding member of Team Dow has won the Hewlett-Packard Byron Nelson Championship. The Dow Group, a pioneer in the field of human resources risk management, advises global entities on their investments in human capital
.
At the beginning of the 2011 PGA Tour season, Team Dow went public with its proprietary Dow Performance Risk Model™ through its sponsorship of four PGA TOUR professionals. The Dow Group chose golfers to sponsor by using the same methodology it applies when advising its clients on their investments in executive talent.

The Dow Performance Risk Model identified four professionals, only one of which had any previous PGA TOUR experience, for The Dow Group to employ. These sponsorships were meant to demonstrate the Dow Method in a highly competitive, very public setting. The results speak for themselves.

- Rookie Keegan Bradley has his first PGA TOUR win and is now ranked 20th in the FedEx Cup standings. Keegan has climbed to 19th on the PGA TOUR official money list having earned just shy of $1.8m.
- Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey ranks 32nd in the FedEx Cup standings and 34th on the PGA TOUR official money list having earned just shy of $1.3m.
- Rookie William McGirt ranks 99th in the FedEx Cup standings.
- Rookie Bobby Gates has three top ten finishes so far this year.

The Dow Performance Risk Model identifies and then quantifies the most likely barriers to an individual achieving their optimum performance potential. In doing so, The Dow Group assists management in selecting, deploying and optimizing their varied investments in human capital.
