The Forum Launches New Branding |

| (openPR) - Naperville, IL – May 10, 2011 – The business thought leadership organization, The Forum, has launched new branding, a revised mission statement and refreshed website – all designed to strengthen leaders’ focus on the role of employees in the success of their business. Formerly called the Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement, the new branding encapsulates the mission of the organization in six words: The Forum: Business Results Through People. “The Forum has seen an increasing need for its original mission and branding statements to reflect the results of its research into a changing work force,” explains Keith Fenhaus, president of The Forum board of trustees and president of Hallmark Business Connections. “What that led to was a refresh of our logo, website and mission statement.” Since its inception in 2002, The Forum has been affiliated with the Medill Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) graduate program at Northwestern University. The Forum has published the results of numerous ground-breaking research projects, respected white papers and hosted The Forum Think Tank, its annual gathering of business leaders and academic researchers – all devoted to demonstrating the expanding role people play in the success of any business enterprise. The newly-designed website, www.BusinessResultsThroughPeople.org, provides an overview of the objectives of The Forum while making it easier to access the academically-grounded research the organization provides to business leaders. Fenhaus adds: “Over the years, The Forum has evolved and now we are a premier organization that has provided a platform for leaders to dialogue, network and benchmark practices, as well as build a community of champions for people-centered leadership. We are dedicated to delivering ideas for practical action and experimentation in the business world.” Recent work by The Forum has touched on new ideas such as Employee Enrichment, Employee Lifetime Value, and the Human Value Connection. The new website is open to anyone interested in learning how an increased emphasis on companies’ most valuable component – their people – is having a measurable effect on the bottom line.
