Steve Harney and Matthew Ferrara to Serve as Deans of Institute 2.0 for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®
Both individuals bring a wealth of world-class experience and knowledge to their roles and will add significant value to the network through their consultation and contributions to Institute 2.0. In addition to running their own successful businesses, they will serve as the architects of their respective Institute 2.0 schools.
Institute 2.0 is the network’s advanced online learning management system. Ferrara and Harney will assist Leading Real Estate Company of the World’s chief learning officer for Institute 2.0, Mike Staver, in overseeing the recruitment and selection of partners that provide content, promotion and services to Institute 2.0. Together, they will refine the overall strategy and execution of the program, which includes creating the strategic framework for Institute 2.0 and ensuring relevant content is provided through course production, the selection and management of the Institute 2.0 faculty, and live features such as Institute 2.0 Radio.
