"Recently, I did a 'live-on-tape' remote broadcast from 'Perfect Peace Bible Church' in Los Angeles, and I was very impressed with the spiritually warm welcome I received from Pastor Charles Ashley and his marvelous congregation...But the highlight for me was when Pastor and Mrs. Ashley made an on-the air presentation to my personal public relations assistant, Kathy Hanson.
"Pastor Ashley, who is a sensational spiritual warrior, expressed deep appreciation for our bringing, in effect, the radio to the congregation, but the pleasure was all mine, as throughout my entire adult life I have enjoyed meeting and listening to people tell me their good and bad experiences. And I met some fascinating people at Perfect Peace, including a man named Talmus, who was restored by God after a car fell on him; and I look forward to getting out to do even more remote broadcasts, schedule permitting.
