FSI Pages mobile:
The JavaScript based FSI Pages mobile web-app brings the core functionality of FSI Pages to mobile devices without Adobe Flash support - like Apple iPad and iPhone. The mobile and desktop versions of FSI Pages both share the same source- and configuration files to minimize the effort when publishing to mobile devices. The lightweight web-app design of FSI Pages mobile provides users with instant access to your publications using their web browser. There is no need to download any files or setup software in advance. This also leaves you in full control over your publications, allowing you to remove, add or replace content any time - without delay. The end user will see updated publications as soon as the publication content has been modified on FSI Server.
FSI Pages mobile requires FSI Server 2 and will not function with other imaging servers.
FSI Viewer 3D:
NeptuneLabs takes object presentation on the internet to the next level. The new anaglyph image renderer allows creating real-time stereoscopic images from two plain source images. This is the leading solution for rotating stereoscopic product presentation, together with FSI Viewer 360°, stereoscopic display of images in FSI Viewer creates a stunning 3D impression when watching the object on the screen using anaglyph 3D glasses.
The combination of zoomable 360° images and real 3D is the most realistic presentation of objects on the internet, available today!
Using stereo cameras or two cameras with a stereoscopic setup, you can easily create the two source images. FSI Server then takes care of creating the anaglyph image in various formats, on the fly. The end user can choose the matching method for the type of glasses at hand (e.g. red/cyan or red/green).
FSI Administrator:
FSI Administrator is the new common web interface to help administrating all server-side FSI applications. FSI Administrator will simplify your every day administration tasks, as you can access your FSI applications from one location. FSI Administrator uses signed and encrypted HTTP messages to communicate with other FSI applications and can therefore be installed on any computer and must not necessarily be installed on the server running the FSI application. This not only allows placing the administration interface behind a firewall, while the actual server application is publically accessible, it also simplifies the administrators everyday work - as all FSI applications can be managed with the same log-in.
ASP Licenses / Full Multi-User Support:
The ASP Editions of FSI Server 2 use a group based access control mechanism to allow individual users to access their data using the web interface. Every user is assigned to one or more groups and every group has configurable rights, allowing read and/or write access to the assigned FSI Server import profiles. This not only enables ASPs to give every user a self contained directory, where others cannot read or write, it also provides the necessary functionality needed to set up even very complex access rules.
Using the group based user management, ASPs can set up multiple user accounts for one customer and give them different permissions, e.g. some accounts may have upload access only, not allowing them to delete any images, others may not modify the data at all and may only use the interface to generate publishing code snips and a third group would have full access to all images.
NeptuneLabs provides market-proven single source imaging software and many add-ons to present zoomable product images on the internet (e.g. in web-shops) as virtual catalogues/magazines 360° spins or as pack-shots.
