Free OpenEMM 6.2 e-mail marketing software with extended functionality available for download

OpenEMM 6.2 (www.openemm.org) offers many new functions and higher performance. Throttling the speed of mail delivery and the unlimited size of attachments, for example, are two of the new functions that are of special note. With the first function, users can adapt the delivery speed of mailings exactly to the respective provider and so increase the mailing delivery quota. OpenEMM 6.2 removes, moreover, the previous size restrictions on attachments: Users can send now attachments of any size.
With version 6.2, AGNITAS has improved the ease of use of OpenEMM even further. For example, importing user information is now faster. Actions are also now more convenient: Users can now assign a predefined action as a standard action to all links in a mailing with a single mouse click.
In addition, the documentation has been improved: The installation instructions now also describe the adaptation for Ubuntu and offer an extra section on the subject of database tuning.
OpenEMM 6.2 is available for download in the English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese languages at SourceForge (www.sf.net/projects/openemm). The Open Source version of E-Marketing Manager has already been downloaded more than 250,000 times and each month brings several thousand downloads more.
OpenEMM utilizes the Open Source license "Common Public Attribution License (CPAL)". This has been certified by the Open Source Initiative (OSI). All users therefore have the assurance that there are no hidden costs or rights limitations in OpenEMM and that it is real Open Source software.
