Thompson & Knight Assists M2 Midstream in $1.2 Billion Sale of Natural Gas Gathering and Treating Systems |

| (openPR) - Dallas (May 17, 2010) – The global law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP has assisted M2 Midstream LLC (“M2 Midstream”) in the sale of two natural gas gathering and treating systems to Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (“Enterprise”) for $1.2 billion. The acquired gathering and treatment systems include 138 miles of pipelines in Louisiana and Texas, which gather natural gas from the Haynesville and Bossier Shale plays as well as the Cotton Valley and Taylor Sand formations.
