Until 30th April 2010 coders can submit their external applications for Oxygen.next and Oxygen Media Platform via the entry form on www.42mediagroup.com. Application samples can be found in the Oxygen.next wiki: A tool that allows to integrate YouTube playlists into the instore TV playlist, monitoring applications that help to centrally control the status of all players within the digital signage network, and a connection to Google Maps that shows all player locations on a map. Closing date is the 30th April 2010. Until 31st May 2010 the submitted applications will be tested and rated by our developer team. The Google Nexus One smartphone winner will be announced in June. Entry conditions: Applications submitted for the contest must be publicly available. If a developer intends to sell his application after the conclusion of the contest, he must at least provide a trial version. 42media group is a Brand of one of the leading instore TV providers in the digital signage sector, the 42 media services GmbH.
