The stimulating workshop atmosphere allows ballet dancers to improve their skills, their expression in dance and their creative potential. The four weeks provides insights into the life of a ballet company.
During this summer ballet workshop (July 12th to Aug. 9th 2010) in Salzburg the students live, eat, train and rehearse the dancers together - an experience for four weeks, a really exciting and unusual program.
The students meet other dancers; learn different dance techniques and philosophies to establish contacts with dancers from around the world. The workshop ends with four public dance performances in Salzburg and Munich.
The very special of „EDAS-SIBA International Summer Ballet Workshop“ is, that two talents get an internship at the Ballett company of the Salzburger Landestheater in under the direction of Peter Breuer

EDAS - European Dance Art Salzburg
was founded in 2006 as an independent and non-profit organization in Salzburg.
Artistic Director: Peter Breuer, Artistic Director of the Ballet-Ensemble “Salzburger Landestheater”, Organization and management: Nili Glazer
EDAS has set itself the aim of providing a platform for young and talented ballet dancers on which they can perfect their skills and abilities in exceptional ballet workshops with renowned ballet pedagogues and educators.
EDAS developed an international network of renowned ballet educators and dance pedagogues.
EDAS organized workshops throughout the European Union.
Summer Ballet Workshop in Salzburg Austria:
In four weeks the dancers will be prepared on a future life in an international ballet company. The conclusions of the Summer Ballet Workshops are four public dance performances.
