| Pressemitteilung von: VernissageTV | ||
For this year's award ceremony, VernissageTV was commissioned to produce short documentaries about the three prize winners. For this purpose, VernissageTV shot atmospheric images of the architecture projects: Peter Zumthor's Therme Vals in Vals, the museum Kunst(Zeug)Haus in Rapperswil-Jona by Stürm Wolf Architects and James Turell's Skyspace Piz Uter in Zuoz represented by Häusler Contemporary Zürich. Interviews with the prize winners complement the portraits. The videos were shown at the award ceremony at the S AM Swiss Architecture Museum Basel in the museum's Swissbau City Lounge on the 14th February 2010 and are now on view on demand on the websites of Velux Stiftung at www.veluxstiftung.ch and VernissageTV at www.vernissage.tv. The presentation was realized in collaboration with the Department of Architecture of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (DARCH ETH), Zürich and the S AM Swiss Architecture Museum.
