Imperiali Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for $30 Million Funding |

The terms and conditions were undisclosed with the final agreement to be negotiated and completing within the next few weeks. In addition, Imperiali will expand its presence and is considering a potential listing on the London stock exchange in conjunction with the investment and agreement. The Imperiali presence in Europe will expand itself to the Middle East and establish a stronger presence in the marketplace and the deployment of Imperiali Inc. business plan.
