New England Patriots Jarvis Green to Host 3rd Annual Wine Tasting Gala to Benefit Single Mothers

Providence, RI- On November 6, 2009, New England Patriots defensive lineman Jarvis Green will host the 3rd annual Jarvis Green Foundation Wine Tasting Gala at the Rhode Island Convention Center.
The foundation promises the evening to be an unforgettable event with "great people, great food and great entertainment".This event is dedicated to helping others and allowing participants to walk away with the knowledge that
they've assisted in helping a family's dreams come closer to manifestation. Jarvis Green has made it his goal to help families in under served areas, some of whom are still suffering the effects of Hurricane Katrina, and will be joined by some of his Patriots teammates and other local celebrities in hosting this fund-raising
event.
In addition to the philanthropists in attendance, there will also be several entertainment acts, including the Nate Mott Band and Slim Pocket. The event will be sponsored by some of the area's finest restaurants, which will provide the night's fine dining. Sponsoring restaurants include Providence Oyster

Jarvis Green, of Donaldsonville, LA, is a defensive lineman for the New England Patriots. Green was drafted with the 126th overall pick (4th round) of the 2002 NFL draft.
