Record numbers of British citizens are leaving the UK for a new life abroad, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, and international shipping company Seven Seas Worldwide has announced a new deal to help those seeking a new chapter overseas.

In what would appear to be an old-fashioned ‘spring sale’, Seven Seas Worldwide is introducing a month-long, ‘buy one get one free’ offer on all shipments from the UK to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Malaysia and Singapore.

Customers shipping to these countries can expect to pay £70 for the first box (£68 for Malaysia and Singapore) with the second box shipped free of charge. All additional boxes will be charged at half-price.

‘We have monitored the growing numbers of people leaving Britain,’ explained director John Henderson. ‘We are experiencing unprecedented economic turbulence in this county and, as one might expect, thousands of British citizens are exploring the possibility of a healthier financial outlook abroad. Our offer means customers can make a substantial saving as they make one of the biggest decisions of their lives.’

Seven Seas Worldwide has been moving excess baggage and personal belongings all over the world, door-to-door, for nearly twenty years via a comprehensive sea and air service and an established global network of depots.

The offer will last until next month, April 15th.
