An Expert Kitchen Design Makes Small Kitchen Spacious

Ben and Elaine Thompson, from Manchester, knew exactly what they wanted from their modern kitchen - but needed a hand to make it happen.

The couple’s small kitchen was suffering from lack of space and the room was in dire need of a makeover.

After approaching Kitchen Design Centre, the couple, along with the designers, came up with dozens of innovative solutions to make better use of space in the new kitchen.

“Both the designer and installer were brilliant,” said Ben. “Will, our designer, came up with some fantastic ideas.

“And Elaine’s ideas were brought to life with precision and accuracy. For example, one of her ideas was to have a five foot tall ladder-style towel rail - which adds a superb aesthetic to the new kitchen.”

The new designer kitchen boasts the very latest Neff appliances - which are positioned compact and effective way.

Rather than altering the actual shape of the room, the new kitchen design makes utilities easier to access as well as the sink being slightly reduced in size.

Designer Will Hustler said: “We really brought out the best in this kitchen. The project was tricky because the amount of space we had to work with was quite tight and we still wanted to make sure the Thompsons had all of the appliances built in.

“To overcome this we had to be creative in where and how the appliances were fitted.”

Making the room larger was not an option - and space was an issue because the couple spend much of their time in modern kitchens.

“Both of us use the kitchen frequently but it is impossible to increase the size of the room any more than we have done,” said Ben.

“The kitchen is a focal point of our home. It was great to find a company that could unlock the potential of modern kitchens.”

Ben noted that designer Will and installer Chris were extremely professional.

“We have already recommended them having experience their dedication and workmanship.

“Will was incredibly helpful during the kitchen design process and Chris got on with the job extremely efficiently. He thought carefully about what needed to be done and kept us informed every step of the way.”

Kitchen Design Centre provides bespoke designer kitchens – both traditional and contemporary.
