First Hearing Held in DePuy Hip Replacement Federal Lawsuits
The federal court overseeing the DePuy hip replacement lawsuits pending against DePuy Orthopaedics held a status conference yesterday. Lawyers from the consumer injury law firm Bernstein Liebhard LLP and a number of other law firms which have also filed cases on behalf of those suffering injuries from the recalled DePuy hip implants attended the hearing.
