Federal Appeals Court Upholds $2.1 Million Award For LASIK Surgery Association
HOUSTON - A federal appeals court has affirmed a $2.1 million award to American Laser Vision P.A. stemming from a contract dispute with a Lake Worth, Fla.-based chain of laser vision correction centers. The appeals court ruled that there was no basis to second-guess the arbitrator’s initial ruling.
