Scott Brinkley, CEO of A360, Inc., announced today that The LOGS Group, LLC, a national provider of law firm practice management solutions, has spun off from the LOGS Network and joins ARMA Acquisition, LLC, to form the largest practice management services provider organization in the default legal services marketplace. The transaction closed on January 26, 2017 and includes creation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) benefit for employees.
