Bosch Financial Software GmbH announced a management buyout, purchasing the software solutions portfolio for the financial sector from the Bosch Group. The management team signed corresponding contracts to purchase Bosch Financial Software GmbH and its associated businesses in Northern America and Asia over the summer.
