Deutsche Windtechnik AG has finalised an asset deal with the listed construction company Ballast Nedam N.V.; with immediate effect, the foundations and cables for the offshore wind farms Westermeerwind in the IJsselmeer and Butendiek, Luchterduinen and Prinses Amalia Wind Farm in the North Sea will be maintained by Deutsche Windtechnik.
