The holidays came early this year for 13 City of Miami bicycle police officers who received a new set of wheels through a public-private partnership between the City of Miami and the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Brickell-Downtown. The hotel underwrote the $8,500 purchase of 13 new patrol bikes for the city’s police department in support of the not-for-profit H.E.L.P. Fund (Help Equip Law-enforcement Personnel).
