Wynwood is famous for its art galleries, historical and centrally located neighborhood. It is a part of the Miami Design District. A diversity of skyscrapers, industrial chic lofts makes this district cultural and commercial. It is at the north of Downtown, with approximately 15,149 residents.
The Wynwood Arts District is going to a rapid cultural change; the art galleries, studios, workshops, rehearsal, performance and recording spaces have been changed into a really art district instead of the industrial district what it used to be. This district will be visited by thousands of locals and international guests during the Art Basel festivities.
