Moers, Germany, 01.10.2009 — Pieter de Vries appointed as Representative Area Sales Manager takes over the responsibility for sales in United Kingdom and BeNeLux at TECTUS Transponder Technology. The Auto-ID and RFID-Expert company TECTUS strengthen their RFID team by adding Pieter de Vries who is an experienced and well known RFID- and Sales Executive inside the branch of RFID industry.

Pieter de Vries has been active in the RFID market since year 2004. Before Pieter worked more than 20 years in the international Meat, Livestock and Food Trade industry.

Before his current appointment Pieter de Vries was in an executive position with Sokymat / ASSA ABLOY ITG / HID.

Pieter de Vries will drive forward and expand the „Vertical Market-“ and the „Channel Solution-“ strategy of TECTUS in Europe. The focus will be the cooperation with system integrators who are active and experienced in the vertical markets animal identification, industry & food logistics and security and access.
