(openPR) - June 14, 2006 –Basel, Switzerland - Today, Imperiali Organization, an international expansion and development group, announced that they have agreed in principle to open up a European Union Headquarters based out of Basel, Switzerland.
Recently, Daniel Imperato, founder of Imperiali Organization returned to the United States from a four week trip throughout the EU further strengthening the ties and presence of Imperiali Organization as a whole.
"Imperiali is proud to announce that an agreement in principle with AlphaMed, the medical and consulting firm of Basel Switzerland, has agreed in principle to become the operational arm of Imperiali Organization with an agreement to incorporate the business of AlphaMed along with a name change of the entity to Imperiali Organization EU," stated Imperato.
In addition the AlphaMed CEO Gaustad Kjell, will be the CEO of the Imperiali Organization EU.
The principle agreement is subject to final due diligence from all parties concerned and brings to the table a two-fold expansion for the consulting and advisory of Imperiali.
First, Imperiali Organization's presence and new the European Union headquarters in Basel enable Imperiali to coordinate its agents throughout the European Union under a European entity
Second is the expansion of the Imperiali's advisory services into the area of medical products, drugs, and related medical services that can be adaptable to the global marketplace through the utilization of Imperiali's global network.
The Imperiali Organization is rapidly expanding having opened a new office in Los Angeles and having aligned partners around the world from Argentina, to Spain, to Italy, to the Middle East, to China.
