"Vanity Studios had a very clear idea about their preferred area of London, and stated that they wanted a modern office space," explained Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS. "The property needed to create an excellent impression on visitors due to the nature of their business, and so we inspected numerous west-end media style commercial properties in order to find the right one for Vanity Studios. Following the approval of the client, MERJS then entered into lengthy negotiations in order to secure the most favourable terms as possible. "In this tough economic climate, commercial property landlords are keen to secure good tenancy agreements, but sometimes there needs to be a compromise on both sides to achieve an agreement that retains enough flexibility to benefit both parties," Colin commented.
