Professional support for a route free of traffic jam
Press release from: GNS-GmbH
The GNS TrafficBoxplus FM9BT-C Receiver is the optimum extension for portable navigation systems with TMC function, so that time-consuming and annoying traffic obstructions soon belong to the past
Würselen, the 10th August 2009. With the GNS TrafficBoxplus FM9BT-C Receiver the company Global Navigation Systems GNS – GmbH presents its latest RDS/TMC- Receiver. Thanks to the supporting Bluetooth-technology navigation solutions for PDA’s, Smart phones or mobile phones capable of TMC can now also access the TMC as well as the TMC-Pro traffic information.
The newest generation of the GNS TrafficBoxplus series disposes of the most recent RDS/TMC receiver technology. Additionally, an integrated processor reduces the work load of the navigation computer. Due to optimized searching and software routines the VHF reception is guaranteed even in areas with bad receptions. Moreover, the receiver also covers traffic reports from different stations. The received and processed transport information gets transferred wireless from the receiver to the navigation via Bluetooth.
The start up of the GNS TrafficBoxplus FM9BT-C is convenient as usual. The compact and wireless device can be plugged in and out quite easily via the vehicle’s cigarette lighter. In addition, it can serve as an USB charger for PDA's, PNA's, mobile phones and Smart phones, which means that the mobile navigation systems are able to operate permanently.
With nearly one million sold devices the GNS TrafficBoxplus series is the most successful TMC accessories for portable navigation systems. Almost all well-known navigation manufacturers support the
Würselen-based company with TMC solutions. Hence the GNS TrafficBoxplus is compatible with all versions capable of TMC of the navigation programs such as Navigon, i-GO, ALK Copilot, Falk, Route66, MapFactor, Sygic, Navilock Navigator, Destinator and many others.
In the scope of supply of the GNS TrafficBoxplus FM9BT-C is included a short rod aerial as well as a wire aerial and a mini USB cable for charging. The GNS TrafficBoxplus is available now for 59.90€ (including value added tax (VAT)) and can be purchased directly with GNS in the on-line shop www.gns-gmbh.com and in the specialized shops.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
